If you use Claude every day, you’re probably still opening a new chat and explaining your business to it all over again…
Then you close that chat, and tomorrow you type the whole thing out again.
Now look, I’m a fractional CTO, running the entire technical side of 4 or 5 businesses at once, so for a long time, I spent the first hour on every client just explaining their business to Claude.
That hour wasn’t part of what any of my clients were paying me for, and I was saving basically no time at all.
But once I put 4 specific things in place, Claude saved me 128 hours in 6 weeks, and that’s after subtracting all the time I spent prompting it and fixing any mistakes.
I will say though, some tasks even took me longer with Claude than they would’ve without it.
Like an error in some code I was trying to fix, where I went back and forth with Claude for 17 minutes and never found the problem.
So those are the ones I just go back to doing myself.
Anyway, I just made a video walking through all 4 of those things I set up in Claude, and none of them are specific to how I run my business, so you’ll be able to copy every single one of them.
Here’s what you’ll learn
5 things you need to put in a Claude Project for every client
The easy way to see everything a client is still waiting on before you get on a call with them
How to stop Claude from telling you a task is done when it isn’t
Why I never let Claude send or delete anything from a regular chat
